Excellent Tech and Comfort
straightforward check-in fresh options cozy room
The check-in process was very straightforward. I found many fresh options at the breakfast service. My cozy room included dimmable lights and a button at the door to conserve energy (a great touch!). The gym was clean and well-equipped.
The bathroom tissue in the room felt a little low quality.
Facilities

The gym features updated equipment and is well maintained. A tablet controls the lights in the rooms. The 'save the environment' button turns off all power when leaving the room.

The hotel is located near public transportation. This provides easy access to various areas of the city. Grand Central Market is also very close by.
Service

The staff were helpful and friendly. They handled a slightly late arrival after a baseball game with patience. The front desk efficiently managed check-in and check-out.

The breakfast options were diverse and fresh. I appreciated the variety. (especially the pastries!) Free coffee is available in the canteen in the morning.

the hotel was super clean, and well maintained.
The temperature wasn't working in the room. i got sick because it was too cold one night. plus, there was no room service available.

modern furnishings friendly crew
The room had modern furnishings. I liked the art. the tech in the room was fun to use from my own phone. It was excellent. the friendly crew at the bar worked til late. they were energetic.
a very slight issue, the location felt a bit unsafe at times after 5 pm.

modern conveniences!
balcony view complimentary water highly decorated lobby
the gym features a nice balcony view, and complimentary water is available. my room included curtains, which blocked out light, and a wide view. the bar is very nice, and the lobby is highly decorated. numerous restaurants surround the hotel, and a metro station is across the street.
There was no phone in my room. i could not call staff to tell them anything. no hand towels were available in the room. Normally, i could call the front desk to request some, but a phone was unavailable.

the staff was helpful! they were present throughout the hotel. i appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with requests and questions. the staff maintained a professional and cute atmosphere throughout my stay.

the breakfast cost only $25.00, and it included an amazing amount of food. there were many options and ample seating. the dining area was clean and well-kept! the food stations were frequently replenished.
